This project had several components: building a roof access platform and mounting frame for broadcasting equipment; repairing the roof and resurfacing; and design and build for a video wall that served to display all data coming from a fast satellite tracking dish.

Full reno for a house built in 1860 for personnel working on first trans Atlantic cable connecting Europe and North America. All walls and ceiling were stripped to original studs and joists, All original floors, windows, base boards were reconstructed and renovated to the house’s original appearance.
